1. Information Collected by Rentapartment Agency

We may combine this information with other information we collect from your use of the Services or from other companies.

Cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies. We and our partners use several technologies to collect information automatically when you access and use the Services, including cookies, web beacons, and similar tools. Cookies are small pieces of electronic information stored on your computer or other device that identify your browser. When you use the Services, we and our partners may place one or more cookies on your device or use other technologies that work in a similar way. We may use cookies to link your activity on the Services with the information in your account profile or with your earlier visits, for example to remember your preferences. Public content. You may share information publicly through the Services, for example when you leave a review for a real estate professional or post in a discussion forum.

Social networks. If you use the social network connection features in the Services, we may access the social network profile information you have chosen to share and use it in line with this privacy policy. To manage what your account shares, follow the instructions for your social network account.

Rentapartment Agency will not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18.

2. How Rentapartment Agency Uses Your Information

Rentapartment Agency generally uses the information we collect to provide and improve the Services, including to:

  • provide and deliver the Services, process transactions, and send related information such as confirmations and invoices;
  • send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support and administrative messages;

Rentapartment Agency remains responsible for the privacy of the personal information shared with our service providers.

Business partners. When Rentapartment Agency partners with other businesses to offer products and services, we share information with those partners only as needed to provide the products and services, and only under the terms of this privacy policy.

If you have given us your email address, we may use a scrambled, unreadable form of it (a hash) to show you tailored advertisements on the Services or on other websites, including through Facebook's Custom Audience feature or similar tools. You can control the ads you see on Facebook through your Facebook ad settings.

You can opt out of cookie tracking and analysis as described below under “Opting Out of Collection of Information by Third Parties.” The Services do not otherwise respond to “do not track” signals.

5. Opting Out of Collection of Information by Third Parties

Rentapartment Agency's third-party ad servers, ad networks, and advertisers may show you advertisements on the Services or on affiliated websites. To make these advertisements more relevant and to measure how well they work, these providers may use cookies, web beacons, clear GIFs, or similar technologies. These record activity such as the pages you visit and help the providers learn what interests you. 6. Third-Party Links and Websites

The Services may link to websites run by other companies or individuals. Some features may also send your listing information to third-party websites. These websites may collect information about their users, and this privacy policy does not cover them. Please review the privacy policies of those third parties and websites directly.

7. Security and Retention of Information

Rentapartment Agency takes reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us from unauthorized use, access, and disclosure, both in transit and at rest. No transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can access, update, and delete the personal information in your account profile by logging in to your account on the relevant Rentapartment Agency Service. We may keep a copy of the original version of your information in our records.

We keep your information for as long as we need it to fulfill the purposes described in this privacy policy, unless a longer period is required or allowed by law.

8. Government and Private Party Information Requests

Rentapartment Agency sometimes receives legal requests for information about its users from government agencies and private parties.
