To facilitate the arrangement of time as well as travel planning in 2026, Rentapartment Agency informs readers to summarize the entire schedule of holidays, New Year in 2026.
According to Article 112 of the Labor Code (Labor Code) 2026 (effective from 01/01/2026), employees across the country will be entitled to leave and enjoy their full salary during the following holidays and New Year:

| 2026-11-24 | Tuesday | Vietnam Cultural Day | 1 day |
Under Clause 3, Article 111 of the 2019 Labor Code, if a weekly day off coincides with a public holiday or Tet holiday as prescribed in Article 112, employees are entitled to take a compensatory day off on the next working day.
